With over 21 years of corporate experience, I’m passionate about helping people unlock their full potential, achieve their personal and professional goals, and make meaningful contributions to society.

My journey began as a finance student, where I developed a keen analytical mindset. This foundation led me into Human Resources, where I gained deep insights into human behaviour, motivation, and development. Over time, my passion for training and coaching grew, leading me to establish the Indian Institute of Mind Evolution. At the institute, we offer customized training and coaching programs designed to enhance performance, boost confidence, and promote overall well-being.

As a Certified NLP Trainer trained by NFNLP, USA, I leverage NLP techniques to help clients reprogram their mindsets and behaviours for success. Additionally, as an Internationally Accredited Life Coach, I take a holistic approach, focusing on both personal and professional development to ensure a balanced, fulfilling life. My certification as a Soft Skills Trainer from the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) enables me to specialize in teaching essential skills like body language and emotional intelligence.
